nvited to the friendly match that took place at Cosmos Bowling between A.ON.M. (Athletic Federation of Kidney Patients & Transplants) and Ε.Σ.Ο.Α. (Hellenic Association of Participants in the Olympic Games), was his father Panagiotis Trigkas, an ardent supporter of the track and field department of the Olympics, a nephrologist and owner of the largest chronic dialysis unit in Western Greece, TRIGAS NEPHROS. The fight was held in order to support organ donation and transplantation, areas that Panagiotis Trigkas actively supports at every opportunity. Present at the race, among others, were Niki Bakogianni, Giannis Arkas, Christos Papanikolaou and Stella Tsigouna.
